HealthTas — KIT519 Assignment 4

A designer-focused case study showcasing the UI work and interaction design, with an interactive prototype.

My Role (Designer)

I led the UI/UX design for this assignment: shaping the visual direction, creating reusable components, and building a clickable prototype to communicate flows and interactions.

  • UI System

Consistent typography, spacing, and components (buttons, inputs, cards, navigation) for a cohesive interface.

  • Mobile-First Screens

Designed key screens for small devices first, then scaled patterns up while keeping hierarchy clear.

  • Interaction Design

Defined states and transitions (hover/active, error, loading) to make the experience feel responsive and predictable.

  • Accessibility Thinking

Aimed for readable contrast, clear labeling, and simple flows to reduce cognitive load in health-related tasks.
